Next Up: The NAPA VALLEY MARATHON - March 7, 2010

Finished my long run in preparation for the Napa Valley Marathon on March 7, 2010. I completed it a week and a half ago because I found a window where it was above 40 degrees. Usually I like to do the 20 mile run less than 4 weeks before a race, but I will have to adjust. Looking forward to Napa which runs the length of the Silverado Trail.
